Why is there a charge on my card?

It’s a charge for one of our Products.

 

Who is The SILKENFITS Underwear Company? We are a small (but passionate) company, offering our customers a new underwear technology, in ultra-comfortable, eco-friendly bamboo fiber.

 

Why are you charging us? This is a purchase made on our website or during one of our special sales on facebook, probably SILKENFITS  Bamboo Boxer Shorts.

 

Can we get an invoice for the charges? Every time we bill you we send an invoice to the email address you provided when you signed up. If you need a receipt we can always send you one. Simply email info@silkenfits.com

 

Can we get a refund? You can always email info@silkenfits.com to inquire about the refund policy for the product you purchased.
